- Talitha Bouwmeester Added July 09, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Not good! We wanted to do a triple load wash and we put all our detergent in and then wanted to add money and it did not work. Tried to call then for many times and every time there was no one available to help, whilst the sign says:
'need any help? please call us!'
Well if thats the case please be available on the phone to help us out.
We had to put our stuff in a different machine and had to go to wooly's to buy new detergent.
