    I put an order through on the 8th Feb 2022 and paid for Express Post.
    I followed up on the order by chat, email and phone multiple times over the past 5 weeks but have received no response. The chat is a bot only, the phone number appears to be disconnected or the voicemail is full.
    Starting to think this is a scam website.

    25/04/22 Hello, I just saw your reply to my review. If you check your emails you will see several from me with the order number asking about my order. There was no disclaimer on your website when I put my original order through. The floods had not yet happened at that stage.
    My order number was 1784.

    Very bad online experience. The jewellery is rubbish. The packaging is a joke . Terrible customer service.I would not recommend this company at all very unprofessional.
    So disappointed. Turns me off buying local.

    Probably one of the worst online buying experiences I’ve had.

    After waiting patiently for many weeks to have my item shipped, this seller did not respond to multiple contact attempts via multiple channels.

    I was fortunate enough to have a fraud/disputed transaction case decided in my favour.

    This is my personal and factual experience and I would encourage others who have a similar experience to follow up as I have.
