  I would highly recommend Josh Reed to anyone with any health, nutritional or gut issues. From my initial consultation right through to follow ups, Josh has been professional & knowledgeable in all areas. He has gone above and beyond, helping immensely with gut issues iv had for years that I couldn't budge. P.s Love the recipes!

  Josh was able to help me via email for my consultation to work out a nutrition plan to improve my gut health.
  I completed a detailed food and symptom diary for three days so Josh was able to come up with a customised plan.
  The plan is easy and simple to follow with some really helpful information regarding nutrition and also some helpful hints for nutrition while breastfeeding.
  I appreciate all of the work that has gone into my nutrition overview.
  All of the suggested meals are delicious!
  I would recommend Josh to anyone looking at improving gut health or for any other nutritional info.

  Josh is a legend. If anyone is considering a transition to a more plant based diet, I couldn't recommend him enough (I'm sure he's fantastic in all other areas of nutrition, but this was my requirement). The hour I spent with Josh was more valuable than the months of research I attempted. Kudos.
