She went above and beyond to source an array of sports bras and showed me all the features of how they worked and together we discovered through trial and error that I'd been buying the wrong size for years. I'm now wearing three of the most comfortable and best fitting sports bras ever.....my work outs just got pimped!! I experienced an issue using a promo code when attempting to check out a substantial order from Lora Jane's online shop. I received no resolution with the Web chat and have been calling all morning! The phone keeps either hanging up or stating there is no one to answer my call. Now it's a 7 minute wait to text someone on chat. It feels like Lorna Jane doesn't want my business. Very disappointing.
