  Wonderful service, fabulous products, my first stop every time I visit Byron, I love this shop every product i have bought has been of high quality and am always happy with it. The girls who work there are well informed know their product and are extremely helpful and knowledgeable - a true Icon of the Byron Bay locale.

  Unfortunately I was overcharged for a small leaking lifecykel product today! 2 minutes after I asked if I could replace or refund the product & was Unfortunately told a solid NO!!
  
  The lions mane #lifecykle 60 mil product usually sells between $30-$38 Max for a bottle of that size & sadly was charged $55 total for a leaking bottle with refusal of any kind of refund!

  Friendly and helpful service; however the products do not remotely live up to the advertised effects. I purchased a few smokable products and the only effect I noticed was my bank account was $20 lighter. It reminded me of when I was 16, trying to smoke everything in my mum's spice rack to get a buzz. I tried 4 different mixes and they were all pretty unpleasant tasting and burnt terribly. I did start to hear voices after 5 minutes; they were telling me that I should bin the lot and try the dried Italian herbs I bought for the lamb ragout instead. I think this place is for new age types who believe in naturopathy. If you are a miserable cynic like me you will be sorely disappointed
