  Had a lovely weekend at Ingenia Byron Bay, despite all night rain before we went home!
  
  The management team (both during office hours and especially after-hours!) were fantastic to deal with and so helpful both in the lead up to and duration of our stay.
  
  Cafe had the most delicious bacon and egg rolls with fast, friendly service and great coffee. Pizzas in the evenings smelled amazing.
  
  Facilities were clean and tidy, and never had to wait too long to grab a quick shower at any time of day.
  Cute little pool, kids playground area, lots to do and close enough to town to still feel part of it, all while being dog friendly.
  
  Treated to live music on Saturday night flowing over from the Red Devils Campground where they had a concert as well, bonus!
  
  My only advice would be - if there is rain forecast, make sure you choose the more sloped or higher sites as the water collects in areas.
  
  We went as a group of 4 sites and would recommend for all ages

  We had a wonderful stay in one of the pet friendly cabins. It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. I would have given a 5 star rating if it wasn't for the appalling customer service from one of the staff members. We entered through the gate behind another car without putting our security pin and unbeknownst to us this meant we weren't able to exit. As we parked in our driveway, a staff member told us our code won't work to let us out now and not to call the after hours number before 8:30am. After we said we clearly weren't aware this would happen and made an honest mistake and needed to leave before 8.30 the next morning, she told us "too bad it's your fault".

  We spent the long weekend camping at Ingenia in our tent with our dog. The campground area (unpowered site) was very quiet, so our camp-site had no one surrounding it, which was great. The sites are probably a little tight and close together; if it was busy, you would be very close to the campers around you. The amenities were very clean all weekend and staff seemed friendly and helpful. A shortish walk to the beach that is dog friendly. We had no issues at all during our weekend stay. We would come back for a short stay again with the hope it's quiet again.

  Had no where booked for 11 people at 5pm, called up and spoke to the office and the lady was lovely. Everything was ready for us when we arrived. It was very affordable, the amenities are great, dog friendly and they have a coffee shop which was great in the mornings. Far enough out of town to feel relaxed yet only takes 6 minutes to drive in. Will definitely stay again and recommend to others. Only negative is that the spots are a bit small, but we made it work.

  Just finished a few nights’ stay with my partner who booked for a birthday surprise from Melbourne; the cabins are very comfortable for two and the staff were extremely helpful with whatever we needed. Super convenient having Get Trucked cafe at the entrance or easily walkable distance to Roadhouse cafe for breakfast which was great. Would definitely recommend and come back again!
