  I visited here with my sister and boyfriend for dinner today, the staff forgot out drinks and the calamari. They did apologize and pick up the tab for the drinks, but my boyfriend and I (the only people that ate the calamari) are feeling quite nauseous. I feel bad leaving such a horrible review, but don't go here.

  I had low expectation for this place; just another burger joint dotted all over the country, but curiosity got the best of me and decided to give it a go.
  I must say that I was pleasantly surprised. The burger was not only delicious, but the ingredients were of high quality, which makes a huge difference for this "fast food" category.
  The staff were super friendly, which was a welcome break, as usually this "type" of establishment has staff that feels "forced" to be there.
  The cocktail menu is also more diverse than expected, and they do provide "cocktails for drivers", makes made me feel not left out after my wife had a refreshing mojito.
  Not the best place to go in Byron, but if you fancy a burger, you could do worse.

  Disgusting ! Ribs were cold. Sent them back. They came back...just warm, they didn't bother reheating the rest on the plate... so that was cold.. my husband ordered curly fries, not one was curly ! Just scraps. Wait staff were nice. Go somewhere else !

  The Hogspitality at the Byron Cafe was superb! The steak was perfect and the consistency between each Cafe is pretty dang good!
  
  Had the usual Rib with Avocado, Salad & Mashed Potatoes.
  
  Atmosphere was great.
  
  Toilets were clean but old. Nothing really to complain about at all!

  I have been going to the Byron Bay hogs breath since I moved to Byron in 2006 & sadly I've got to say each time the ownership has changed hands, the quality of the food has seriously declined! The servings (especially the curly fries) have gotten smaller & smaller. Just today I went in for lunch, I ordered the steak burger with fries from the lunchtime menu & was very disappointed with what I got. The meat was over cooked & chewy & the curly fries were definitely not fresh; they were soggy & again, a small serve. When I mentioned it to the waitress, with not well spoken English, she replied, "They're the same as always". I was horrified & told her, "not at what i'm used to". She said she'd go & mention it to the chefs & didn't hear back. I payed & walked out in disgust. The frequent diner that I am, I now am not. "Get your act together Byron hogs breath", I say. Not happy !!
