    The staff is mostly useless, all they know how to say is you can do it online. The staff is no friendly at all and rude most of the times ( apart from the lady with short blonde hair). Definitely taking my money somewhere else.

    What a terrible Customer Service experience !.! I request an appointment with a Mortgage Specialist 2 days prior, finally you sit down and the Bank staff and he says;
    Sorry Sir I am not a Mortgage Specialist... What a frustration !.!
    It is not the first time that this happened,

    Left my ID there and spent the last 3 weeks calling at all different times with not a single answer. Left voice mails with my number and no reply. The quality of service here is shocking.

    I am from Byron bay a local all my life came in today and there was a lady working who was really rude to foreign people, mocking there accents and speaking so weirdly thinking that they couldn't understand here

    I have been banking with commbank my whole life and am now on the brink of changing banks. The fact that commbank spent close to 4billions dollars on fossil fuels last year is atrocious and brainless. I will be switching my mortgage and family banking if their mindset does not change towards a sustainable based future.
